Client stories
In their words, not mine.
Not everyone who sits down with me is running a business. Some are. Some are facing surgery, or a promotion, or a fear they’ve carried since long before their career started. The pattern doesn’t much care what your job title is.
“I am very pleased with the results of my PSYCH-K® therapy sessions with Ashley. Among many other positive changes, I noticed a profound shift in my perception of the challenges I had been facing with my children, as well as the fear I had been carrying prior to our work together. Ashley is patient, kind, and her warm, gentle demeanour made me feel very safe and cared for throughout the process. I felt comfortable and supported as she helped me work through things on a deeper, subconscious level. I’m very grateful for the experience and the positive changes I’ve noticed since. I look forward to continuing to utilize Ashley’s expertise with PSYCH-K®.”
Holly C.“I felt a profound shift after my session with Ashley. A stressful situation at work from 7 years ago was guiding my entire career, and after one session, I felt like I could actually sleep at night again. And I got the promotion!”
Nathan, 35“After needing emergency surgery, I was in a panic. One session with Ashley followed by a relaxing meditation (my action step), I was calm and relaxed before and after the procedure.”
Jane, 54“I call on Ashley, my PSYCH-K® Master, often when I feel like the pressures from running my business are too much. She helps me talk through my fears and problems, and I always walk out clear-headed.”
Brett, 54“Ashley is clear and balanced in her work. She has tremendous capacity to hold the space for me and has helped clear many fears of mine.”
Dorothy, 64
The longer version
The block is rarely where you think it is.
One client came to me after years of instability in her jobs: the same patterns with managers and coworkers, over and over, and a growing sense that she simply wasn’t respected anywhere she worked.
She was capable. That was never in question. What we uncovered underneath had very little to do with work at all, and once that pattern stopped running the show, she could see her options clearly.
She left, found a role in a new industry, and then started her own consulting business, doing work she genuinely enjoys, choosing who she works with and for.
