Written the way I’d explain it out loud, rather than the way a template would. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I’ll answer plainly.

01

Who I am

Elevate Grace is a sole practice run by Ashley Thiesen, based in the United States, offering PSYCH-K® facilitation virtually to clients anywhere. If you have any question about how your information is handled here, you can write to me directly at hello@elevategrace.com.

02

What I collect, and when

Only what you actually give me, and only where you've chosen to give it.

Your name and email address when you submit an intake form or request the Block Audit.

Whatever you choose to tell me in an intake: what's happening, what you've tried, what you want to change.

Booking details through Acuity Scheduling when you reserve a session, including the information their form asks for.

Standard analytics about site visits: pages viewed, rough location, device type. Nothing that identifies you personally.

03

What I do with it

Reply to you. Prepare for your session. Send you the thing you asked for.

If you request the Block Audit, I'll email it to you and add you to my email list. You can unsubscribe from any email, and I won't take it personally.

If you submit an intake, I use it to prepare for our session and to write back to you.

I don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it. Not to anyone, for any reason.

04

What you tell me in session

Session content is confidential and separate from everything above. I may use anonymized client experiences, patterns, or outcomes in educational or marketing content, never in a way that could identify you, and I never share names, identifying details, or stories without your written permission. The exceptions are narrow and legal: where disclosure is required by law, or where there's a credible risk of serious harm.

05

The services I use

A short list, and each one holds only what it needs.

Acuity Scheduling: bookings, calendar, and their intake questions.

Google Meet: sessions. I don't record them.

My email platform: the Block Audit and any list emails you've opted into.

Google Analytics: aggregate traffic only. It tells me which pages people read, roughly where they are, and what device they're on. It doesn't tell me who you are.

06

Cookies and analytics

Two kinds, and neither is doing anything clever.

A small amount of local browser storage remembers things like whether you've already seen the Block Audit invitation, so it doesn't keep asking.

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. I use it to understand which writing is useful, not to identify anyone.

You can block or clear both in your browser at any time, and nothing on this site depends on them. Most browsers also honor a Do Not Track signal.

07

How long I keep things

Intake forms and session notes are kept only as long as they're useful to our work together, and they're minimal to begin with. Email list data stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Ask me at any time what I hold about you and I'll tell you plainly.

08

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it, and I'll do it without making it complicated. Email hello@elevategrace.com. If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights formally; my answer is the same either way.

09

Changes to this page

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I'll date the update here rather than quietly rewriting it.

Questions about any of this?

Write to me at hello@elevategrace.com. I read every message myself, and I’d rather answer a question now than have you wondering later.
