What you're agreeing to

By booking a session, submitting an intake, or using this site, you're agreeing to what's on this page and on the Ethics & Agreements page. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, tell me before you book rather than after.

What this service is

PSYCH-K® facilitation. Subconscious belief and pattern work, delivered in private virtual sessions. I facilitate a process; you make every decision about what changes.

What it isn't

This is not medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it isn't intended to cure or treat any medical or mental health condition. It is not business consulting, strategy, legal advice, or financial advice.

I don't diagnose conditions or interpret your medical information.

I won't tell you to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment.

If something outside my scope comes up, I'll say so and refer you to an appropriate professional.

No guaranteed outcomes

I won't promise you a result, a timeline, an income figure, or an outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one. People experience this work differently, and your results depend on far more than the time we spend together, including what you do afterward.

Your decisions stay yours

Everything you decide about your money, business, health, relationships, and risk is yours, before and after we talk. Where professional expertise is required, get it from the appropriate qualified professional. This work can sit alongside that support. It does not replace it.

Booking, fees and cancellation

The practical terms, in plain language.

Fees, session length, and scope are stated in writing before you book or pay. Nothing is charged that you haven't agreed to.

All sales are final. Sessions and packages are non-refundable.

Sessions are paid in full at booking. Reschedule up to twenty-four hours before your session at no charge and with no explanation needed. Inside that window, sessions can't be moved or refunded.

Package sessions must be used within six months of purchase for the three-month package and within nine months of purchase for the six-month package. Unused sessions expire after that.

If I need to reschedule, I'll offer you a new time as soon as I can.

Showing up

Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you're significantly late, we'll work with the time remaining. If you don't attend and haven't told me, the session is considered held.

Ending the work

Either of us can end the work at any point. I'd far rather refer you well than keep something that isn't mine to do.

This site's content

The writing, photography, and materials here are mine. Read them, share a link, quote a line with attribution. Don't republish them wholesale or present them as your own. The Block Audit is for your personal use. PSYCH-K® is a registered trademark of the PSYCH-K® Centre International and is used here under the terms of my certification.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, my liability in connection with this work is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
