The Block Audit
A thirteen-page workbook. Nine questions, each with a second layer underneath it, covering pricing, visibility, success, delegation, growth, being seen, money, and letting go, then a section on how to read your own answers. Ten to fifteen minutes, and worth every one of them.

Come in. Take your shoes off.
This is where I think out loud. Some of it is about subconscious patterns and how they quietly shape a business. Some of it is personal: what eleven years of building something taught me, and what I only understood afterward.
There’s no content calendar behind any of it. I write when I notice something worth naming. If you find yourself nodding at one of these, that’s usually a good sign about where to start.

Questions people ask before booking
If yours isn’t here, send it to me directly. I answer every one myself.
No. You need to be willing to try it and honest about what comes up. Skepticism is genuinely welcome. Most of the business owners I work with are analytical types who showed up unconvinced and stayed for the results.
Coaching mostly works with the part of you that already knows better: goals, plans, accountability. This works with what's underneath those goals. If strategy had been the missing piece, you'd be past this by now.
Often one session on one specific goal is enough to feel real movement. But beliefs travel in groups. If the same pattern is showing up in your pricing, your visibility, and who you’re willing to hire, a package gives us room to work the whole cluster.
Yes. The process doesn't depend on us being in the same room, and plenty of people are more honest from their own chair than they'd ever be in mine.
It isn't. This is belief work, not treatment: nothing is diagnosed and nothing is cured, and it doesn't replace care from a licensed professional. If something clinical is in play, I'll tell you, and I'll point you somewhere better.
No. You don't have to retell anything in detail, and you don't have to relive it to be free of it. We only need enough to know what we're working with. The release happens in the process, not in the recounting.
Then something is moving, which is usually a good sign. Emotion isn't a problem to be managed here and you don't need to hold it together for my benefit. Most sessions are calmer than people expect, but if tears show up, they're welcome.
That's the normal starting point. It's the whole idea of fog: you can feel that something's in the way without being able to see it. Naming it precisely is the first half of the session, and for most people it's the first time they've done it with anyone.
