The mark isn’t a flower, though people often see one first. It’s the PSYCH-K® hands, four of them in the posture, mirrored, the shape the work actually takes.
Grace has always been a foundational value of mine.
I’ve always been fascinated by people: what shapes us, why we do what we do, and what’s happening underneath the behaviors we often judge in ourselves and others. From a young age, I understood that most people are carrying far more than anyone else can see.
I come from a long line of very strong, very capable, and wonderfully complex people. I’ve seen firsthand how much can exist beneath the surface of a person who looks like they have it all together.
That’s shaped the way I move through the world. I try to meet people with curiosity instead of judgment. There is usually a reason behind the pattern. Understanding that reason doesn’t mean we have to stay there.
And that’s where the Elevate comes in.
Grace isn’t about making excuses for the past or staying defined by what happened to you. You can acknowledge your history, understand the patterns you learned, have compassion for the person you had to become, and still choose to rise beyond them.
You are not your conditioning.
You are not your hardest chapter.
And your past does not have to dictate your future.

That is the heart of Elevate Grace: extend grace to where you’ve been, then elevate beyond what no longer serves you.
One more reason
Grace is my daughter’s middle name.
So in a way, the name carries both the value I’ve always tried to live by and the person who reminds me every day why it matters.
