Ethics & agreements

You are the one doing the changing.

This page exists so there’s nothing left to guess about. What this work is, what it isn’t, what you can hold me to, and, plainly, what stays yours.

I facilitate. You decide, you consent, and you carry what comes next. No one can make these changes for you, and that includes me.

The agreements

Worth reading before you book. Booking a session means you’re comfortable with all of it.

01

You're the author here

I don't fix people, and I'm not here to rescue anyone. You're a capable adult making your own decisions, and this work only functions on that footing.

What you change, you change. What you do with it afterward is yours.

And honestly, that's the good news.

02

Nothing happens without your yes

Before any PSYCH-K® process begins, we establish consent at more than just the conscious level. We test for permission from your Higher Self before proceeding.

That matters because sometimes the conscious mind is ready to change something while another part of you isn't, or the other way around. We don't override that.

You can also stop, redirect, or end a session at any point, and you never owe me a reason.

If the answer is no, we don't go there.

03

What I'm trained to do, and what I'm not

This is subconscious belief and pattern work. It isn't medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it isn't intended to cure or treat medical or mental health conditions.

I don't diagnose conditions or interpret your medical information.

I won't tell you to start, stop, or change medication or other medical treatment. Those decisions belong with your licensed healthcare provider.

If something outside my scope comes up, I'll tell you, and refer you to an appropriate professional rather than keep going.

04

I don't give medical, legal, or financial advice

PSYCH-K® sessions can touch subjects that have real-world consequences: your health, your money, your business, your relationships, and the decisions you make within them.

That does not make me your doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.

We can work with the subconscious beliefs, stress, fears, or patterns you may be experiencing around a subject. But I won't tell you what medical treatment to pursue, what legal action to take, how to invest your money, whether to sign a contract, or what financial decision you should make.

Those decisions remain yours, and when professional expertise is required, I'll encourage you to get it from the appropriate qualified professional. PSYCH-K® can sit alongside that support. It does not replace it.

05

No promises, no predictions

I won't guarantee you a result, a timeline, an income figure, or an outcome, and I don't read futures.

Anything anyone tells you about your own life, including me, is information for you to consider, not an instruction to follow.

06

What you can count on from me

My side of this is deliberately narrow, and I take it seriously.

Holding the process cleanly, on time and without pushing my own idea of what you should want.

Staying within my scope: doing only what I'm trained and certified to do.

Knowing when to refer out. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you rather than keep you on the calendar.

Keeping what you tell me private, subject to the exceptions below.

07

What stays yours

This is where most of the real work lives.

Being honest about what you actually believe, rather than what you think you're supposed to believe.

Taking the action the shift makes available. A changed belief with nothing behind it stays theoretical.

Your choices about money, business, health, relationships, and risk, all of them, before and after we talk.

Getting the right professional support where it's needed. This sits alongside that, never instead of it.

08

What you say here stays private

I treat what you share with me as private.

I may use anonymized client experiences, patterns, or outcomes in educational or marketing content to help illustrate what this work can look like, but never in a way that identifies you.

I won't share your name, identifying details, or anything that would reasonably reveal your identity without your written permission.

09

Boundaries and endings

This is a professional relationship, and different ways of working come with different boundaries.

Sessions happen at their scheduled times, and my text support service has its own defined communication window and expectations. I'll be clear about those boundaries before you book, and I'll expect us both to honor them.

Either of us can end the work at any point, and I'd far rather refer you well than hold onto something that isn't mine to do.

10

Money and logistics

Fees, session length, cancellation terms, and the scope of each service are in writing before you book or purchase.

Nothing gets charged that you haven't agreed to first.

Notes, if I take any, are minimal and held securely, and you can ask what I have about you whenever you like.

11

If I get something wrong

Tell me. Directly is fine, preferable, actually.

I'll hear it, fix what can be fixed, and say so plainly if it can't.

Accountability isn't something I only ask of clients.

Still a yes?

Then the next step is the calendar. And if anything above gave you pause, tell me in the booking questions; that’s useful information, not a disqualifier.
